Recruitment & Engagement Team

 

    • Attend monthly meetings

    • Report to your Regional Officer

    • Participate in the following projects:

      • Organize LBN information booths at volunteer fairs

      • Post on school social media

      • Reach out to career counselors in high school and university

      • Arrange and participate in engagement events

Recruitment and Engagement Team members will act in a leadership capacity for LBN recruitment in their respective secondary/post-secondary schools.

Our focus would be on recruitment from May to November, then engagement from December to May.

You will gain skills in talent acquisition, event planning, marketing, and communications. This is a leadership role that requires initiative and is a one-year-long commitment.
